Somethings Missing

Most every blog post you’ll come across here has something to do with changes or ideas, big or small, that you can use. Don’t get me wrong, it’s all great advice (I’ll admit I’m a bit biased).  I also feel like there’s something else to say though, that there’s something missing. And that’s: You’re OK exactly where you are. You’re not broken. You don’t need to be fixed. If you want to make changes, great! Find the tools, resources and people to help you. Just remember you’re not broken and you never were.

  1. Hi Evie,

    Important note here.

Focusing on self-improvement means we believe there’s a self to improve. This might be OK in the beginning to help inspire individuals but as your awareness expands, the term makes no sense.

We were born perfect and remain perfect until we acquire the idea we aren’t perfect. Self needs no improve, self needs to release ideas self picked up from folks who impressed us with our limiting beliefs.

We are whole and complete, Now. Always have been. Always will be.

Thanks for sharing your insight Evie!

  2. We’re so busy trying to transform ourselves into what we think we should be that we never take time to appreciate us exactly as we are.

Thanks for reminding us of this essential truth.
